“2brothers”is the international Brand for premium quality Wild Caught Abalone. The abalone is primarily harvested from the unpolluted, remote Western coastline of South Australia, a coastline that spans more than 5,000km offering unspoilt beauty and treasures from the sea.
Kinkawooka Shellfish grow their mussels in the cold, clean waters of Boston Bay, on the West Coast of South Australia’s famous Eyre Peninsula.
Harvested live to order from one of 5 sites around the Bay (which is 4 times the size of Sydney Harbour!), the mussels are graded and cooled prior to heading to Port Lincoln and the Kinkawooka processing facility. Kinkawooka Mussels are grown in the Mediterranean style to be small, soft and sweet. Unlike big oceanic mussels from open water farming, the true quality of the Bay grown mussel lies in its eating quality.
Goolwa PipiCo’s Pipis have an unmatched firm and satisfying texture. The muscle is well developed, and is quite firm compared to other clams. Pipis have long been a delicacy in Asia (where they call them “butterfly clams” because of their shell shape). They are now appearing on some of Australia’s best restaurant menus and even on family dinner tables.
