"This breakfast staple is really indulgent in flavour, protein and energy. I started with a muesli that contained the smallest amount of sugar possible. I then couldn't resist adding dried pears from our Barossa Orchard which are dried on racks in the sun. They are so naturally abundant in sweetness and flavour."
