Settlers Rare Dry Gin is driven by the aromatics of orange and lemon myrtle and finishing with native pepper berry. A classic London dry gin style. The citrus bouquet is fresh and juicy with lemon myrtle and orange peel. A vibrantly spicy, nicely poised fresh citrus mid palate with a peppery finish. 

Settlers Pink Gin has wonderful aromatics of rose petals and raspberries followed with luscious fruit and finishing with crisp acidity. Garnish with a strawberry, mint leaf and a slice of lemon.
