Pendleton Olive Estate’s groves are among the most established in Australia, originating from olive tree plantings in the late 1800’s. Situated on South Australia’s ancient Limestone Coast, our groves have sought-after conditions for producing impeccable Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Pendleton Olive Estate’s paddock to plate philosophy ensures we control every step of the process, generating premium quality and unsurpassed flavour profiles.
Pendleton Estate has farmed the clean, green farmlands of South Australia for over 30 years and we know you’ll especially love the Lemon Agrumato produced in the traditional 400-year-old method of crushing fresh citrus together with olives.
The first olive trees in the ancient limestone coast region of South Australia were planted by early settlers in the 1880s. Graftings from these trees started what is now Pendleton Estate, the home of Pendleton Fine foods.
Additional plantings have extended the grove beyond these early grafted trees and now include selected varieties from all over the world. Growing in the clean environment of the Limestone Coast delivers a distinct local offering, producing consistent, high-quality fruit that forms Pendleton Estate’s range of Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
Pendleton Estate and local growers established a state of the art olive mill, which Pendleton continues to operate, to ensure only the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced.
