Settlers Spirits single-malt is a smooth sipping whisky that is distilled from Australian grown barley and aged in 100L restored Port barrels in carefully-monitored aging cellars at the distillery in McLaren Vale, South Australia. 

The unfiltered nature of this whisky lends itself a slightly cloudy appearance, with a richer, rounder mouthfeel and wonderful flavours of honeycomb and caramel.
