Made from Australia’s first commercial crop of yuzu - a Japanese citrus with flavours described as a cross between a mandarin, grapefruit and lemon (and four times the Vitamin C of a lemon!). One of Settlers newest releases, the gin has wonderfully intoxicating aromatics and fresh, racy crisp acidity. The yuzu fruit, described as “powerhouse citrus”, is grown in South Australian orchards near the River Murray. Although easily sipped almost neat with a few cubes of ice, Rowland Short likes it best with tonic and dried yuzu slices, or slices of orange. (700ml, 43% alc/vol.)
