The Stoke - 2017 KIN Pinot Gris (x2)
o Hand picked, whole bunch pressed, fermented in aged french oak, transferred to stainless steel when dry, cold settled and racked, stirred occassionally on fluffy lees, natural acid, minimal sulphur added.
o 750ml, 11.5 alcohol vol
Pike & Joyce - 2016 'Descente' Sauvignon Blanc (x2)
o Aroma: Quite intense aromas of guava and passionfruit with secondary notes of lemongrass and crushed nettles kicking in behind .
o Palate: Ripe, rich palate with aforementioned tropical fruits dominating; the bright zingy acid keeps the palate crisp and finishes pleasantly dry.
o 750ml, 13% alcohol vol
Pikes - 2017 "Traditionale" Riesling (x2)
o Aroma - Pristine aromas of lime, lemon and grapefruit dominate initially, with some gentle floral notes kicking in behind these. Maybe just a suggestion of wet slate/stones too.
o Palate - Fresh, crisp and dry as it always is upon release. Finishes clean and dry with just a hint of textural grip.
